About Olivia

Like so many people, my journey was not what I expected but I love that I have gotten to have it! My first business, Liv Fit LLC was born back when I was a married mother of two little boys in 2009. I got to build a wonderful community of friends and students through teaching my Zumba, YoPi, Yoga Refresh  and a myriad of other classes.  My second business (well--actually third, but the second is a little family business for my kids to sell shaved ice!), Transcend Coaching and Counseling was born after having two more kids and then going through  a divorce. Being a single mom of four kiddos was not something I had ever picture for myself, but it's been a challenging, harrowing and also beautiful journey that has made me everything I am now. I have loved being able to still run my little fitness business (albeit on a much smaller scale now) along with supporting the mental health of people who I feel confident I can help. I have my master degree from Grande Canyon University in Professional Counseling, graduating in January of 2020. I have been working as a counselor since 2019 including my practicum time before graduation. I was fully licensed as an Licensed Professional Counselor in December of 2022.
